In July of 1996, J. Paul Falbo, CPM®, SCSM, formed Eagle Commercial Realty Services, AMO® with the simple philosophy of providing superior property management services to its clients. Cindy Winters, CPM, joined Eagle Commercial as Vice President in 1997. Jerry Marroquin, CSM, joined Eagle as President of the Texas Division in 2002.
In a short time, Eagle Commercial has grown to nine property managers and eight brokers, managing a portfolio consisting of 3,000,000 square feet of retail, medical, office, industrial, and multifamily space in Arizona and Texas.
Eagle Commercial is proud of the team that has been assembled and the experience that comes with these individuals. Three of the four senior managers have worked together for over 10 years. Each manager has earned or is pursuing a professional designation such as Certified Property Manager® (CPM), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM). That fact, coupled with an average experience of 20 years, provides our select clients with the best commercial management team in Arizona and Texas.
Eagle Commercial provides state of the art computer accounting services including SKYLINE property management software. Eagle Commercial's accounting staff is capable of providing online reporting in SKYLINE. Each manager can access property files at their desktop, to better serve the client and their properties' tenants.
Mr. Falbo and the staff have extensive experience in property management, construction, development, tenant improvements, construction administration, leasing, and tenant relations. Nine senior managers each manage an average of 450,000 square feet, providing experienced oversight and insight into the operational and administrative issues of their projects. Mr. Falbo also serves as designated broker for Eagle Commercial.
Mr. Falbo, Ms. Winters, and Mr. Marroquin have over 55 combined years of experience in managing mixed-use projects from 150,000 to 750,000 square feet, with building staffs of up to 45 people.
