Antonia Rice was born in Kansas and raised in Kansas and Texas. She moved to Arizona in 1995 and attended Scottsdale Community College, studying Business and Spanish.

Antonia began her real estate career in 1999 in a brokerage office, assisting the Designated Broker, Thomas Mastromatto. Shortly after, she joined SNK Development Corp., as a residential Property Manager, managing Class A apartment Communities.

In 2004, Antonia became a commercial Property Manager for Hing Properties, Inc., where she managed over 200,000 square feet of retail and office space.

Antonia is the newest member of the Eagle Commercial Team, joining in 2007 as a Property Manager. She currently manages a portfolio of 257,000 square feet, consisting of commercial retail and office property. In addition to this, she manages several commercial Property Owners Associations (POA).

Antonia is a candidate for certification as a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
