Stephanie Molzahn began her real estate career in 2005, working for Archstone-Smith Property Management. Stephanie started as a senior leasing consultant at the largest multi-family property in the valley, helping to manage over 1,200 units. Ms. Molzahn was chosen by her community manager to act as the representative for all legal issues on property and spent a great deal of time learning first hand about commercial law regarding multi-family properties.

In early 2007 Stephanie started working for Marcus & Millichap as a client service coordinator, where she gained the knowledge of basic commercial real estate principles and catered to the needs of over 35 agents.

In March 2008, Stephanie joined the team at Eagle Commercial as the Director of Marketing & Research. In addition to serving the brokerage division, she co-manages the business development department with another member of the property management team.

Stephanie is currently pursuing a graduate degree in business management and looking forward to her certification in paralegal studies with an emphasis in commercial real estate law. Stephanie is one of the few Arizona natives left.
