Alan R. Davidson, CCIM is part of the brokerage team at Eagle Commercial Realty Services, AMO® as an Associate Broker. Alan began his real estate career in 1982 as Controller of Del Amo Fashion Center, a 3.5M sf super regional mall in Torrance, California, and has worked with national and international real estate owners and developers, including Lowe Development – Los Angeles, Triple Five – West Edmonton, Canada, Excel Realty/New Plan Excel – New York, NY as an Assistant Vice President and Regional Leasing Director. Most recently, he was Vice President of Investments for Case, Huff & Associates – Phoenix, specializing in representing clients in the acquisition and sale of investment properties.

Mr. Davidson has held an Arizona Brokers License since 1996 and received his CCIM Designee in May 2008. He attended University of Southern California School of Business from 1972–77 while working full time as a staff member at USC. He served as a board member of the Long Beach Housing Development Company, an agency of the City of Long Beach and on the Golden Shore - California State University Headquarters Commission. Since moving to Scottsdale in 1992 with his family of five, he has been a soccer coach and Director of Referees/board member of the Arcadia-Scottsdale United Soccer Club, a soccer referee for Arizona Interscholastic Association, and is currently active as a choir member and elder at Mountain View Presbyterian Church in Scottsdale.
