Randy began his commercial real estate career as agent in the land division with Tom Adam Realty in North Scottsdale, Arizona. He became a licensed real estate professional in the state of Arizona in 1984.

In October,1996, Randy became a senior associate at a Sperry Van Ness Mullen in Scottsdale, where he specialized in land brokerage.

In early 2002, Randy joined the land division as Senior Vice President, focusing on the development and acquisition of land valley wide.

At the beginning of November, 2009 Randy joined the team at Eagle Commercial Realty Services as a Senior Associate focusing on the sales and disposition of multi-family, industrial, and distressed land.

Randy has over 25 years of commercial brokerage experience, primarily in land sales ranging from the Verde River to urban infill sites along Central Avenue. His unique perspective as a long time resident adds incredible value and insight for his clients. In addition his Commercial Real Estate career, Randy's focus is on his 15 year old son Michael, a 4th generation Phoenician! Randy also loves music and has been building custom guitars for his friends and clients for 20 years.

He recalls his grandfather and father's excitement and astonishment as they witnessed the progressive development of the Valley, brick by brick throughout the past century, and shares that same wonderment.
