As the Chief Information and Business Operation Officer, Dwayne leads The Infrastructure Group, the operations support group within ECRS. This includes Information Technology, Administration and Personnel Operations support as well as process re-engineering and automation. He has training as an engineering director in designing and manufacturing global management solutions coupled with accounting, technology and business background. He joined Eagle Commercial in 2002.
