Rick was born and raised in Racine, Wisconsin. He has performed work in many administrative fields including military, manufacturing and property management.

He moved to Phoenix in 1988 and worked at various jobs before joining Eagle Property Management as an On-Site Manager of a 100-unit property. When the property was sold, he came to his present position of On-Site Manager of Carole Arms Apartments. In 1999, Rick and Carole Arms joined Eagle Commercial Realty Services, AMO®.

In addition to managing Carole Arms Apartments, Rick helps manage a commercial property. Rick became a Real Estate Licensee in October 2000.
