Cindy Winters
President & CEO
Cindy, a native Phoenician, and the Principal & CEO of Eagle Commercial Realty Services, attended ASU in Tempe, studying Business Administration. She is a licensed Arizona Real Estate Broker, and earned her CPM® (Certified Property Manager) designation in April 1999 from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and her CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager) in 2014 with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Her real estate career began in 1986 working for a small local developer; and soon thereafter, was promoted to Assistant Property Manager, where she was entrusted with assisting in the management of 200,000 square feet of commercial space in the metropolitan Phoenix area.
​
Over the next decade, Cindy honed her property management skills; while her portfolio of properties steadily rose to more than 500,000 square feet. A Regional Property Manager by the mid-90’s, Cindy was recognized within the industry for her keen attention to detail and superior management skills.
​
In 1997, Cindy joined Eagle as a Senior Property Manager. She became Vice President in 2002; and President in 2009. In 2014, after 17 years as an employee, Cindy acquired Eagle, and became its sole Principal. Cindy’s influence on the culture and personality of Eagle is evident in its Mission, Core Values and dedication to our clients and community. Cindy blends her leadership, guidance, and more than 30 years’ experience in the industry to inspire our entire Team on a daily basis to realize her vision of providing professional and pro-active property management services to investors of all sizes.

Cindy is an active leader in the Phoenix commercial real estate community, and is currently the President Elect serving on the Board of Directors with Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women (AZCREW).
Cindy is a fan of the outdoors, and loves to golf. When out of the office, she can be found enjoying the outdoors with her Husband and extended family.
Tanya Weber
Vice President & senior property manager
Born in Buffalo, NY, Tanya moved to Arizona when she was a child. Her professional career began in the customer service industry. In 2003, Tanya joined Eagle, bringing her excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to the Eagle Team. She was quickly promoted and began to learn everything she could about providing unparalleled property management services to Eagle’s clients. In 2006, Tanya was officially promoted to a position of Property Manager, where she continued to exhibit the skills necessary that would make her one of the industry’s finest today.

In addition to her property management duties to a select portfolio of office and retail properties, as well as a number of Property Owners’ Associations, Tanya provides continuous insight and perspective to all of her Teammates on a daily basis as Vice President.
Her understanding of best practices in property management and in the day-to-day operations at Eagle is an invaluable source of stability and success not only for her colleagues, but also all of Eagle’s Clients and Tenants. Tanya became a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Arizona in 2004, and earned her CPM® designation in May of 2012.
When out of the office, Tanya enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, and maximizes time with her daughter by devoting countless hours to numerous school and extracurricular events and organizations.
Paul Falbo
Designated Broker
One of our original founders, Paul currently serves as Eagle’s Designated Broker. He is responsible for oversight of all Licensees and Real Estate Contracts. Paul has over 30 years of experience in construction, construction management, real estate development, and property management. Paul's professional experience includes serving as Regional Project Manager for The Lehndorff Group of Companies and has managed retail and mixed-use developments up to 750,000 square feet and 750 acres, respectively. Paul has a B.A. Degree in English from the University of Texas. Paul earned his CSM designation in 1990 and his CPM® designation in 1995.
Edward J Harris
Vice President of operations &
Strategic Planning
Born and raised in Evanston, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, Ed’s professional career in Commercial Real Estate started in construction and development in the mid-90’s. After a decade managing his own commercial properties, Ed earned his Illinois Real Estate License in 2002, and became a Managing Broker in 2005, providing both tenant and owner representation for nearly 10 years in the Chicago Metro Market.

In 2012, he earned his Indiana Designated Broker’s License, managing residential investment acquisition assignments for a number of national institutional clients.
Ed earned his Managing Brokers Licenses in Missouri and Kansas the following year to further assist investor acquisition assignments, and to provide property management services to those same clients.
​
After moving to Phoenix in 2015, Ed joined the Eagle Team to provide operational support, compliance and process management, and to assist with strategic development initiatives at Eagle.
​
Ed earned his BA from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI and is also graduate of Chicago’s Second City Improvisation School. Ed is passionate about applying the philosophy, skills, and techniques he learned at Second City to develop and enhance our culture and Team.

When not in the office, Ed can be found enjoying time with his wife and children who test his improvisational skills on a daily basis.
marieta michael

Marieta has a B.S. in Commerce from Far Eastern University in Manila, Philippines, majoring in Accounting. She began her career as a Junior Accounting Clerk in the Philippines in 1981. Nearly 20 years later, through dedication and hard work, she had risen to a position of Department Head of Finance for Sunward Tech., a multinational company.

In 2001, Marieta left the Philippines for the US and joined Eagle 5 years later. As an Accountant for Eagle, Marieta’s breadth of experience and dedication to serving clients with diligence and excellence provides a consistent level of service that is second to none. Her knowledge of accounting practices and her eye to detail has earned her the respect of both peers and clients.
Currently residing in Mesa, Marieta spends time outdoors with her husband and their 2 dogs. She especially enjoys camping across the Arizona and the Southwestern US.
Lee Munz
assistant property Manager
A native Arizonan, Lee began her career as a professional ballet dancer, training at the Joffrey Ballet and Pacific Northwest Ballet before landing at the Phoenix Ballet Company. Lee later graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
After obtaining her Real Estate license in 2017, Lee embarked on a career in Commercial Property Management where she honed her skills in first-class customer service, before joining the Eagle Team in 2019. Lee brings a dedicated attitude to our team and clients alike, while her attention to detail is a valuable asset to Eagle.
Outside of work, Lee is passionate about music & travel and enjoys the Performing Arts. Her compassion and empathy are evident in everything she does. A devoted ‘pet parent’, Lee says her true happiness can be found in her love for her two sweet dogs.
carmen PUIG

A native Arizonan, Carmen began her Accounting career in the late 90’s as an accounting assistant for a Management Services company. Her solid work ethic, financial acumen, and dedication to service quickly facilitated her promotion to Cash Manager.

Carmen joined Eagle in 2004 as Accounting Manager, providing expert accounting guidance for numerous retail, office, and industrial properties in our portfolio. Due to her length of tenure at Eagle, Carmen serves numerous pivotal roles in both administration as well as in client services. Her dedication to the Eagle Mission, her colleagues, and her clients is a driving force in Eagle’s ability to provide Property Management services that remain at the top of the industry.
When she’s not at the office, Carmen spends time with her family, and enjoys reading and travel and hopes to visit Italy sometime in the future.

Jeannie, originally from Missouri, moved to Phoenix in 1979. She joined Eagle Commercial in November of 2004 as Receptionist & Administrative Assistant. She has an unwavering work ethic and sets a very high standard in the quality of work she performs. Jeannie’s diverse professional experience includes 25 years in Program Management in the Aerospace industry.

Born in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, Patti moved to Arizona as a child and considers herself a native Arizonan. Patti began her professional, and lifelong career in Real Estate in residential multi-family property management where she honed her customer service skills, accounting acumen, and strict attention to detail. She has held numerous positions in the industry across a number of vertical property classifications from multi-family residential to Medical Office. In early 2017, Patti brought her extensive experience and winning attitude to Eagle as an Assistant Property Manager, where she continues to develop those skills that make her a valuable asset not only to our Team but also our clients.
Patti has been a licensed real estate agent in Arizona since the late 1980’s, and is hoping to earn her CPM Certification in the coming year.
When she’s not looking after her clients’ needs, Patti enjoys time away from the office with her family, especially her 3 grandchildren who also live in Arizona. Patti and her family enjoy outdoor activities including camping, boating, and riding off-road vehicles.

Rusty is originally from Ohio and has been an Arizona resident since 1961. Rusty joined Eagle in 2007, bringing over 30 years of Maintenance Supervisory experience in both residential and commercial properties to our Team. In addition to the prolific experience and knowledge he brings to our Team, Rusty also holds a Certification in Natural Gas and an A/C Certification. Rusty has a passion for playing and teaching the guitar, and in his spare time enjoys spending time with his extended family, especially his grandkids.
jake winters

Jake was born and raised in Arizona, and earned his Real Estate Agent’s license in 2016. An avid athlete, Jake played college baseball at both Paradise Valley Community College as well as Cameron University, in Lawton, OK earning his Bachelor's Degree in 2016.
Jake, joined Eagle in the Summer of 2016, bringing his winning personality, easy-going demeanor, and Team attitude to the organization. Jake provides excellent support and customer service for all of Eagle’s Clients, and is instrumental in developing Vendor communication and culture.
In addition to his love of baseball, Jake enjoys all sports, and on the weekends can be found on the golf course working on his eight handicap.

Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Larry joined the Eagle Team as a Maintenance Engineer in 2013 after working in the Arizona construction industry for 30 years.
Larry’s skill and expertise in building systems, electrical and HVAC matters, and overall construction techniques makes him a valuable asset not only to our Team, but also to the countless number of tenants and clients he comes into contact with on a daily basis.
Larry continues to hone his talents and enhance his knowledge by taking classes in fields such as HVAC, Electricity, and Roofing Techniques. Additionally, Larry assists in ensuring all necessary safety standards are followed which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines.
A devoted father of 3, Larry has been married for 20+ years. Larry loves to golf and enjoys the outdoors.
